Frequently asked questions
How long does the driver wait at the airport?
50 minutes after landing, and 15 minutes at the pick-up address.
Is there a night surcharge?
No. There is no night surcharge on fixed-price transfers.
Are motorway tolls included?
Yes. Motorway tolls are included in the price.
Will the driver meet me with a name sign?
At Katowice Airport Meet & Greet is included. At Kraków Airport a name-sign pick-up requires paying the driver for parking. A pick-up without a sign, after you call from the terminal, is free.
Can I travel with a child?
Yes. You can order a child seat when booking for 15 PLN.
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes. Our drivers communicate in English, and you can book by phone or through the contact form.
